Job Description
Seeking a full-time Bilingual Customer Support Specialist (After Hours), the ideal candidate will provide exceptional service and support to internal and external customers through various communication channels while working in a hybrid environment based in Columbia, MO.
##### Key responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via telephone, chat, and email, ensuring accurate and timely service
Establish and maintain professional relationships with customers and co-workers while managing administrative tasks within core systems
Enhance knowledge of EquipmentShare products and services to effectively address customer inquiries and support requests
##### Required qualifications
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages
High school diploma required; college degree preferred
At least one year of experience in a customer service role, ideally in a contact center or multi-channel environment
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask while providing superior customer service
Familiarity with G-Suite applications, including Gmail, Google Docs, and Sheets
