Job Description
Bilingual Customer Support Specialists will provide exceptional after-hours service and support to internal and external customers in a full-time, hybrid role, ensuring timely and accurate responses to inquiries through various communication channels.
##### Key responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via telephone, chat, and email, maintaining high service standards
Establish and maintain professional relationships with customers and co-workers while managing time effectively
Perform administrative functions within core systems, including password resets and service requests
##### Required qualifications
High school diploma required; college degree preferred
At least one year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a contact center
Bilingual in English and Spanish with proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing
Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Working knowledge of G-Suite applications, including Gmail and Google Docs
