Job Description
Bilingual Customer Support Specialists will provide exceptional after-hours service and support to internal and external customers in a full-time role, managing inquiries through multiple channels and maintaining professional relationships, while working remotely or in-person at the Columbia, MO corporate headquarters.
##### Key responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via telephone, chat, and email, ensuring timely and accurate service
Perform administrative functions within core systems, including service requests and password resets
Establish and maintain professional working relationships with customers and co-workers
##### Required qualifications
High school diploma required; college degree preferred
At least one year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a contact center environment
Bilingual in English and Spanish, with proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing
Working knowledge of G-Suite applications, including Gmail and Google Docs
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task effectively
