Job Description
Seeking a full-time Bilingual Customer Support Specialist (After Hours), this role will provide exceptional service and support to internal and external customers through various communication channels, while working in a hybrid environment based in Columbia, MO.
##### Key responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via telephone, chat, and email with accuracy and professionalism
Establish and maintain strong working relationships with customers and co-workers
Perform administrative tasks within core systems, including service requests and password resets
##### Required qualifications
High school diploma required; college degree preferred
Minimum of one year of experience in a customer service role, ideally in a contact center environment
Bilingual in English and Spanish, with proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing
Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task effectively
Familiarity with G-Suite applications, including Gmail and Google Docs
