Job Description
Seeking a full-time Bilingual Customer Support Specialist (After Hours), the role will provide exceptional service and support to internal and external customers through various communication channels while working in a hybrid environment based in Columbia, MO.
##### Key responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via telephone, chat, and email, ensuring timely and professional service
Perform administrative functions within core systems, including password resets and service requests
Establish and maintain professional relationships with customers and co-workers to enhance service delivery
##### Required qualifications
High school diploma required; college degree preferred
At least one year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a contact center
Bilingual in English and Spanish with proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing
Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Working knowledge of G-Suite applications, including Gmail and Google Docs
