Job Description
Seeking a full-time Bilingual Customer Support Specialist (After Hours), this role will provide exceptional service and support to internal and external customers through various communication channels while working in a hybrid environment from Columbia, MO.
##### Key responsibilities
Deliver excellent customer service by responding to inquiries via telephone, chat, and email in a timely and professional manner
Perform administrative functions within core systems, including password resets and service requests
Establish and maintain professional relationships with customers and co-workers to facilitate effective support
##### Required qualifications
Bilingual in English and Spanish, with proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing
High school diploma required; college degree preferred
At least one year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a contact center or multi-channel communication environment
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Working knowledge of G-Suite applications, including Gmail and Google Docs
