About the Role

You'll work for property investors, body corporates, residential clients, and some of the most prominent household names in the country. Regardless of the client, you'll positively impact their acquisitions or how they manage their existing building stock.

You'll do everything from site inspections to assisting with design solutions, procurement, contract administration and expert witness work. We encourage our staff to work across all disciplines in the company and absorb as much knowledge as possible.

What Do We Need From You?

You will be an experienced Building Surveyor having working in NZ for a number of years. Ideally you’ll be either Chartered or Registered, or you’ll be on your professional pathway towards those qualifications.

We need you to have a sound understanding of local construction, including high rise. You should understand local legislation, statutory compliance and have experience in construction observation.

This role will offer a wide variety of projects and tasks.  You will get the opportunity to work on significant buildings, small buildings, schools, event centres and everything in between.

A remuneration package will be based on your experience.
