Business Development Associate, a full-time role responsible for lead generation, outreach, and early deal conversations while supporting the corporate development team in identifying and advancing prospective targets.

##### Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a curated list of target companies and conduct market research for acquisition opportunities
• Execute personalized outreach campaigns and manage engagement with prospective targets
• Coordinate meetings, maintain accurate CRM records, and support early deal conversations and due diligence efforts

##### Required Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in business development or a related field
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or economics, or relevant industry experience
• Hands-on experience managing pipelines and contact records in a CRM platform, preferably HubSpot
• Demonstrated ability to conduct market research and synthesize findings
• Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently and manage outreach processes
