Job Description
To support a growing Corporate Development team, the full-time Business Development Associate will identify and engage prospective targets, manage outreach campaigns, and coordinate early deal conversations in a hybrid work environment.
##### Key responsibilities
Build and maintain a list of target companies aligned with strategic priorities and conduct market research for acquisition opportunities
Execute personalized outreach campaigns to engage potential business partners and manage tracking in CRM
Coordinate introductory calls and maintain accurate records of deal stages and contact history in the CRM
##### Required qualifications
At least 1 year of experience in business development, corporate development, or a related field
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or economics, or relevant industry experience
Hands-on experience managing pipelines and contact records in a CRM platform, preferably HubSpot
Demonstrated ability to conduct market research and synthesize findings into clear outputs
Self-starter mentality with the ability to independently manage the outreach process
