To support a growing Corporate Development team, the full-time Business Development Associate will engage in lead generation, outreach, and pipeline management while working in a hybrid environment from Columbia, MO.

##### Key responsibilities

Build and maintain a curated list of target companies and conduct market research to identify acquisition opportunities

Execute personalized outreach campaigns to engage potential business partners and track engagement metrics in CRM

Schedule and prepare materials for meetings, manage the top-of-funnel pipeline, and participate in early-stage deal conversations

##### Required qualifications

At least 1 year of experience in business development, corporate development, or a related field

Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or economics, or relevant industry experience

Hands-on experience managing pipelines and contact records in a CRM platform, preferably HubSpot

Demonstrated ability to conduct market research and synthesize findings into clear outputs

Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently and manage outreach processes
