To support a growing Corporate Development team, the full-time Business Development Associate will be responsible for lead generation, outreach, and pipeline management while working in a hybrid environment based in Columbia, MO.

##### Key responsibilities

Build and maintain a curated list of target companies and conduct market research for acquisition opportunities

Execute personalized outreach campaigns and manage follow-ups using CRM tools

Coordinate meetings and maintain accurate records of deal stages and contact history

##### Required qualifications

At least 1 year of experience in business development or corporate development

Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or economics, or relevant industry experience

Hands-on experience managing pipelines in a CRM platform, preferably HubSpot

Demonstrated ability to conduct market research and synthesize findings

Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently
