Job Description
To support the Corporate Development team, the full-time Business Development Associate will manage lead generation, conduct outreach campaigns, and coordinate meetings while working in a hybrid environment based in Columbia, MO.
##### Key responsibilities
Build and maintain a curated list of target companies and conduct market research to identify acquisition opportunities
Execute personalized outreach campaigns to engage potential business partners and manage tracking in CRM
Coordinate introductory calls and maintain accurate records of the pipeline, ensuring a consistent flow of qualified opportunities
##### Required qualifications
At least 1 year of experience in business development, corporate development, or a related field
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or economics, or relevant industry experience in lieu of a formal degree
Hands-on experience managing pipelines and contact records in a CRM platform, preferably HubSpot
Demonstrated ability to conduct rigorous market research and synthesize findings into clear outputs
Self-starter mentality with the ability to own the outreach process independently
