Job Description
As a key member of the Corporate Development team, the full-time Business Development Associate will identify and engage prospective targets, manage outreach campaigns, and support early deal conversations while working in a hybrid environment from Columbia, MO.
##### Key responsibilities
Build and maintain a curated list of target companies aligned with strategic priorities
Execute personalized outreach campaigns to engage founders and business owners
Schedule and prepare materials for introductory calls, maintaining accurate records in the CRM
##### Required qualifications
At least 1 year of experience in business development or corporate development
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or economics, or relevant industry experience
Hands-on experience managing pipelines and contact records in a CRM platform, preferably HubSpot
Demonstrated ability to conduct market research and synthesize findings
Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently with minimal oversight
