Job Description
Joining a dynamic Corporate Development team, the full-time Business Development Associate will engage in lead generation, outreach, and pipeline management to identify and advance prospective targets in a hybrid work environment.
##### Key responsibilities
Build and maintain a curated list of target companies aligned with strategic priorities and conduct market research to identify opportunities
Execute personalized outreach campaigns to engage potential partners and manage outreach sequences in CRM
Coordinate meetings and maintain accurate records in the CRM while participating in early deal conversations and supporting due diligence efforts
##### Required qualifications
At least 1 year of experience in business development, corporate development, or a related field
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or economics, or relevant industry experience
Hands-on experience managing pipelines and contact records in a CRM platform, preferably HubSpot
Demonstrated ability to conduct market research and synthesize findings into clear outputs
Self-starter mentality with strong written communication skills for crafting outreach materials
