To support a growing Corporate Development team, the full-time Business Development Associate will be responsible for lead generation, outreach, and pipeline management while working in a hybrid environment based in Columbia, MO.

##### Key responsibilities

Build and maintain a curated list of target companies and conduct market research to identify acquisition or partnership opportunities

Execute personalized outreach campaigns to engage potential targets and manage outreach sequences in CRM

Coordinate meetings and maintain accurate records of deal stages and contact history while participating in early-stage conversations with prospective targets

##### Required qualifications

At least 1 year of experience in business development, corporate development, or a related field

Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or economics; relevant industry experience may be considered in lieu of a formal degree

Hands-on experience managing pipelines and contact records in a CRM platform, preferably HubSpot

Demonstrated ability to conduct rigorous market research and synthesize findings into clear outputs

Self-starter mentality with the ability to independently manage the outreach process
