Job Description
The full-time Business Development Associate will engage in lead generation, outreach, and early deal conversations while managing a pipeline of prospective targets in a hybrid work environment.
##### Key responsibilities
Build and maintain a curated list of target companies aligned with strategic priorities
Execute personalized outreach campaigns to engage potential partners and track engagement metrics
Coordinate meetings and maintain accurate records in the CRM, ensuring a consistent flow of qualified opportunities
##### Required qualifications
At least 1 year of experience in business development, corporate development, or a related field
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or economics, or relevant industry experience
Hands-on experience managing pipelines and contact records in a CRM platform, preferably HubSpot
Demonstrated ability to conduct market research and synthesize findings into clear outputs
Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently with minimal oversight
