Job Description
To support the Corporate Development team, the full-time Business Development Associate will engage in lead generation, manage outreach campaigns, and coordinate meetings while working in a hybrid environment from Columbia, MO.
##### Key responsibilities
Build and maintain a list of target companies aligned with strategic priorities and conduct market research to identify opportunities
Execute personalized outreach campaigns and manage follow-ups using CRM tools
Coordinate introductory calls and manage the top-of-funnel pipeline, ensuring a consistent flow of qualified opportunities
##### Required qualifications
At least 1 year of experience in business development, corporate development, or a related field
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or economics, or relevant industry experience
Hands-on experience managing pipelines in a CRM platform, preferably HubSpot
Demonstrated ability to conduct market research and synthesize findings
Self-starter mentality with strong written and verbal communication skills
