To support a growing Corporate Development team, the full-time Business Development Associate will engage in lead generation, execute outreach campaigns, and manage the pipeline for prospective targets in a hybrid work environment.

##### Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain a curated list of target companies and conduct market research for acquisition opportunities

Execute personalized outreach campaigns to engage business leaders and track engagement metrics in the CRM

Coordinate meetings and manage the pipeline, ensuring accurate records and reporting on deal stages

##### Required Qualifications

At least 1 year of experience in business development or corporate development

Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or economics, or relevant industry experience

Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot

Demonstrated ability to conduct market research and synthesize findings

Self-starter mentality with the capability to manage outreach independently
