Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Business Development Associate will identify and engage prospective targets, manage outreach campaigns, and support early deal conversations while contributing to the Corporate Development team's strategic initiatives.

##### Key responsibilities

Build and maintain a list of target companies and conduct market research to identify acquisition opportunities

Execute personalized outreach campaigns and manage follow-ups using CRM tools

Coordinate meetings and maintain accurate records of the pipeline, ensuring a consistent flow of qualified opportunities

##### Required qualifications

At least 1 year of experience in business development or a related field

Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or economics, or relevant industry experience

Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot

Demonstrated ability to conduct market research and synthesize findings

Self-starter mentality with the ability to manage outreach independently
