Job Description
To support a growing Corporate Development team, the full-time Business Development Associate will engage in lead generation, outreach, and pipeline management while working remotely or in a hybrid capacity from Columbia, MO.
##### Key responsibilities
Build and maintain a curated list of target companies and conduct market research to identify acquisition opportunities
Execute personalized outreach campaigns and manage tracking of engagement in the CRM
Coordinate meetings, manage the top-of-funnel pipeline, and participate in early deal conversations with prospective targets
##### Required qualifications
At least 1 year of experience in business development, corporate development, or a related field
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or economics, or relevant industry experience
Hands-on experience managing pipelines and contact records in a CRM platform, preferably HubSpot
Demonstrated ability to conduct rigorous market research and synthesize findings
Self-starter mentality with strong written and verbal communication skills
