Job Description
To support a growing corporate development team, the full-time Business Development Associate will engage in lead generation, execute outreach campaigns, and manage a robust pipeline of prospective targets while working in a hybrid environment from Columbia, MO.
##### Key responsibilities
Build and maintain a curated list of target companies aligned with strategic priorities
Execute personalized outreach campaigns to engage potential partners and track responses in CRM
Coordinate introductory calls and maintain accurate pipeline records while supporting early deal conversations
##### Required qualifications
At least 1 year of experience in business development, corporate development, or a related field
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or economics, or relevant industry experience
Hands-on experience managing pipelines and contact records in a CRM platform, preferably HubSpot
Demonstrated ability to conduct market research and synthesize findings into clear outputs
Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently and manage outreach processes
