Business Development Manager

Viridi Systems Limited t/a Trinity Medical is seeking a Business Development Manager to develop customer relationships and commercial opportunities across our healthcare technology portfolio, with particular focus on Endoscopy, Sterile Services/CSSD and Infection Prevention & Control.

The role involves developing existing and prospective hospital accounts, building relationships with clinical, technical, procurement and other relevant healthcare stakeholders, and identifying new product, project and account development opportunities.

Key responsibilities include planning and undertaking customer visits throughout Ireland; developing relationships with key decision-makers; mapping accounts and identifying customer requirements; delivering and coordinating product presentations, demonstrations, evaluations and trials; preparing quotations and following up commercial opportunities; gathering customer feedback, market and competitor intelligence; and maintaining accurate customer, activity and opportunity information within the company CRM system.

The Business Development Manager will work with internal colleagues and supplier specialists where technical or product support is required and will develop a qualified pipeline of future business opportunities.

The successful candidate will undertake structured product, market and application training to develop detailed knowledge of Trinity Medical's healthcare technology portfolio and the clinical and operational environments in which its products are used, while progressively developing independent responsibility for customer accounts across Ireland.
