Job Description
To support healthcare operations, the full-time remote Business Intelligence Analyst will analyze data sets, communicate insights on metrics and KPIs, and prepare departmental reports using tools like SQL and Power BI.
##### Key responsibilities
Support business partners by communicating metrics, benchmarks, and KPIs to identify operational and revenue cycle opportunities
Explore healthcare data sets to perform statistical analyses and communicate industry trends
Collaborate across departments to design and implement new data solutions based on stakeholder needs
##### Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Mathematics, Business Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience
3-5 years of experience in a business/reporting analyst role focused on Healthcare Operations and/or Revenue Cycle Management
Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI and/or Tableau
Strong quantitative analysis skills using Excel Power Pivot, SQL, or other query languages
Familiarity with project management and requirements creation preferred
