The post holder will join an established and supportive management team in the CSU. The post holder will be required to manage the day to day operational aspects of service delivery, with a focus on achieving and monitoring access delivery performance in line with LTHT Trust policies, maintaining fiscal balance, service improvement and supporting and leading a motivated team to develop and deliver on agreed business plans.
