Leading end-to-end process and system documentation initiatives, the full-time Business Process Management Analyst will collaborate across functional domains to analyze workflows, identify inefficiencies, and develop prioritized remediation roadmaps in a remote environment.

##### Key responsibilities

Utilize the Process Maturity Model to assess and standardize evaluations of process and functional-area maturity

Document and analyze processes and system functionality with key partners to identify pain points and improvement opportunities

Coordinate multiple projects to deliver system enhancements and process improvements on time and on budget

##### Required qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience

3+ years of experience in Business Process Management (BPM)

Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma methodology and toolsets

Demonstrated experience in creating project charters and documenting workflows

Proficiency with flowcharting tools and process mapping software
