Job Description
Supporting and enhancing Treasury Management solutions for healthcare clients, the contracted Business Systems Analyst will serve as a liaison between stakeholders, gather and document requirements, and ensure compliance with banking regulations in a mid-level role based in Pittsburgh, PA.
##### Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary liaison between healthcare clients, product teams, and technology partners
Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements for various treasury management solutions
Translate healthcare revenue cycle workflows into functional and technical specifications while supporting implementation and optimization of treasury solutions
##### Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or related field
5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, preferably in banking, payments, or healthcare technology
Strong knowledge of Treasury Management and cash management products
Experience supporting healthcare revenue cycle, billing, or financial operations
Working knowledge of payment systems, file formats, and transaction processing
