Job Description
MCS Group is delighted to be recruiting for a CAD / BIM / Revit Automation Specialist to join a growing technical team based in Belfast.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone more than just a CAD or Revit user. I am looking for a technically strong specialist who understands how these systems work behind the scenes and can use automation to improve efficiency, consistency and output across projects.
Key Responsibilities
Create and manage high-quality models and drawings in Revit and AutoCAD
Automate repetitive modelling, drafting and data extraction tasks
Extract model properties and parameters into Excel, CSV and schedules
Build and maintain Revit templates, parametric families, dynamic blocks and lookup tables
Troubleshoot complex model/software issues and optimise performance
Ensure work meets agreed CAD and BIM standards
About You
Experience with Revit and AutoCAD
Experience with Dynamo and/or AutoLISP
Strong experience creating parametric Revit Families and Dynamic Blocks
