• Short Order Cook | Café Experience
• We are looking for a passionate and energetic Cook with Café Experience, Barista trained would be ideal to join our fantastic team.
• This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and enjoys creating fresh, delicious food for our amazing residents.

You’ll be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality café-style food, working alongside a great team to deliver a warm and enjoyable dining experience. This is a hands-on role with plenty of interaction, where your passion for food and people will really shine.

Qualifications

• To tatou kaitono pai | What you bring
• Previous experience in a commercial kitchen and/or cafe
• Exceptional cooking and baking skills
• Excellent food hygiene practices and a commitment to safe working practices
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Flexibility, adaptability and able to work well under pressure with good time management.
• Empathy towards older adults, good interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Honesty, reliability, and integrity.
• Current NZ Food Safety Certificate.
