Responsible for onboarding and developing clinical and non-clinical Care Management staff, the full-time California Licensed Care Management Trainer will conduct educational activities, perform quality audits, and design training materials in a fully remote environment.

##### Key responsibilities

Coordinates and conducts educational activities for Care Management staff, including orientation and competency validation

Assesses and develops educational programs in response to healthcare demands and organizational goals

Performs call and chart audits, providing coaching and targeted training based on findings

##### Required qualifications

3 years of experience in care management or a related clinical field

Prior staff development or education experience

Associate's Degree or higher in a clinical discipline

Current RN or LCSW/MSW license

Proficiency in care management systems and Microsoft Office
