Leading the implementation of low-barrier addiction treatment programs, the full-time remote California Licensed MAT Expansion Director will oversee SUD Crisis Response, Emergency Department MAT, and Workforce Development initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance access to addiction treatment across California.

##### Key responsibilities

Lead the implementation of CA Bridge's SUD Crisis Response program, building county-based networks to expand MAT access

Oversee the ED MAT program and SUN Workforce Development, ensuring alignment with CA Bridge goals and effective program delivery

Collaborate with senior leadership to integrate program components and drive operational alignment across initiatives

##### Required qualifications

Seven years of relevant experience in managing complex public health projects, including three years in a managerial role

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (four additional years in a relevant field)

Strong understanding of medications for addiction treatment (MAT) and low-barrier addiction care in California

Experience in building and sustaining networks or coalitions across healthcare and community settings

Commitment to health equity and experience in program design that addresses disparities in access to care
