Providing analysis and evaluations of drone and helicopter data, the remote contract California Licensed Substation Electrician will identify non-conformities and safety issues in substation structures while ensuring accurate documentation and quality control.

##### Key responsibilities

Review drone photos to identify non-conformities and safety issues in substation structures

Evaluate the strength, durability, and quality of substation assets and provide recommendations

Document changes in internal systems and perform quality control checks on work before submission

##### Required qualifications

5+ years of experience as a Substation Electrician or equivalent experience, including transmission

7+ years of experience as a Qualified Electrical Worker (QEW)

Proficient in industry standards relating to substations

Experience inspecting substation assets for safety concerns

Familiarity with SAP, Sherlock/iHawk, and EDGIS is highly preferred
