About the role
Professional care for a highly disabled brain damaged male with complex needs. The role has a rostered shift pattern which includes evenings and weekends. The hourly rate is $32
Key responsibilities
Provide care for a non-verbal client who is wheelchair and peg fed
De-escalate aggressive behaviour effectively
Interact and engage with the client
About you
Prior experience in caring for someone with complex needs
High degree of patience
Ability to effectively de-escalate aggressive behaviour
* Good sense of humour and ability to have fun. Very close team who have a great team culture with the client
