Providing essential administrative support, the full-time Care Management Processor will facilitate case assignments, member screenings, and scheduling while contributing to the care management team's efforts in delivering integrated member care.

##### Key responsibilities

• Facilitates administrative tasks including case assignment, member screening, and scheduling for care management services
• Assists in the initial review of cases and coordinates member services in line with benefit plans
• Promotes effective communication within the team and processes member and provider correspondence

##### Required qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in an administrative support role in health care or equivalent education and experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) or comparable software
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
