Guiding students in their transition from education to employment, the full-time remote Career Readiness Advisor will prepare individuals for interviews, set real-world expectations, and facilitate video interview practice while creating personalized action plans to enhance their readiness for the workforce.

##### Key responsibilities

Prepare students for interviews through practice sessions and resume discussions

Set expectations for real-world interviews and lead practice sessions with multiple students daily

Facilitate mock video interviews and develop individualized action plans for each student

##### Required qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent experience

Ability to deliver outstanding student service

Professional communication skills in verbal and written English

Basic computer literacy to navigate required technology

Experience in a customer service or educational environment
