About the Role

As a Caregiver / Resident Assistant you play a vital role in enhancing the daily lives of our residents by providing compassionate, hands-on support. You are the heart of the community-building trust, dignity, and comfort for those in your care.

Key Responsibilities

Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility)

Support meal times and ensure proper nutrition and hydration

Provide companionship and emotional support

Observe and report changes in residents’ condition

Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Previous caregiving or healthcare experience is a plus
