Position Details

* Carpenter

+ Deployment: Auckland City

+ Permanent Full Time.

+ Guaranteed min. 30 hours per week.

+ Monday to Friday work, weekends as required.

+ Reports to Site Supervisor.

+ Hourly Rate $30 - $36 per hour depending on experience.

+ We have work available in Auckland, Bay of Plenty, Napier and Wellington. Where travel between locations is required, provisions for travel and accommodation expenses will be considered for work away from home.

*Tasks InvolvedConstruct, erect, install, renovate and repair structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood, wallboard and other materials, and cut, shape and fit timber parts to form structures and fittings:

+ Conventional framework.

+ Temporary works.

+ Concrete works.

+ Foundation works.

+ Working at heights.

What we need

Minimum 2+ years as experience as a Carpenter

Large scale civil experience is critical

Secondary skills, such as steel fixing and concreting, is highly desirable

WTR endorsements and dogman ticket/experience is advantageous

Carpentry Certificate desirable

Able to read and interpret drawings

Committed to health and Safety
