Thriving in dynamic settings, the full-time salaried Cash Application Specialist will manage high-volume cash application processes, reconcile cash receipts, and resolve discrepancies while supporting various client environments.

##### Key responsibilities

Perform high-volume cash application and posting of payments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

Investigate and resolve unapplied cash, short pays, deductions, and discrepancies

Collaborate with collections, billing, and customer service to address payment issues and assist with month-end close activities

##### Required qualifications

2+ years of experience in cash application, AR reconciliations, and/or month-end close support

Strong experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite

Ability to work both onsite and remotely based on client needs

Proven capability to thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments with minimal supervision

Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in cash posting and reporting
