About the role

Join our awesome Care Home team as a casual Caregiver! We're currently seeking people who can help cover our night and weekend shifts, with other shifts available throughout the week. If you're looking for flexible work, extra income, or an opportunity to gain experience while making a meaningful difference in residents' lives, this could be the perfect fit for you. Some of the great things you will be doing

Provide exceptional care to our residents - ensuring they feel safe, supported, and comfortable

Working under the guidance of our registered nurses

Working in a supportive environment in a modern care facility

About you

We are looking for someone with the right attitude with excellent communication skills and a good level of fitness and who can work as part of a team to provide a high level of care. You maybe at level 0 or 4/5- we will consider your application to find you a suitable place within our teams. Some things that will support your application include:

Careerforce qualification or equivalent will be advantageous

Good level of fitness

Previous experience in aged care or working with the elderly is highly beneficial

* Empathy and a love of making a difference in our residents' lives
