Prepare and evaluate curricula and course materials for coding education

Design and implement training programs, including onboarding and ad hoc training

Assess and monitor the progress of trainees in coding practices

##### Required qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, HIM, or a related business field preferred

Certification in one or more coding areas (e.g., CPC, COC, CPMA) required

Three years of healthcare and/or outpatient-based coding experience required

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Knowledge of hospital billing practices and CMS regulations preferred
