Chef de Partie

Le Smash Burger Ennis is seeking a qualified, professional, full-time Chef de Partie to join our established kitchen team. Operating as a full-service hospitality venue, we provide high-quality culinary experiences and explicitly confirm this position is not within a fast-food outlet. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a designated kitchen section, overseeing ingredient preparation, and ensuring final dish presentation aligns with our strict standards. This position pays a guaranteed minimum salary of €36,605 per annum for a standard 39-hour working week.

Applicants must possess a minimum of 2 years of verifiable, post-qualification experience working as a chef in a professional commercial kitchen environment. A relevant third-level culinary arts qualification or equivalent formal trade certificate is required. Comprehensive knowledge of Irish food safety regulations and active HACCP compliance is mandatory. Candidates must demonstrate a practical working command of the English language to ensure absolute workplace safety and cohesive communication.
