Chef de Partie
Job Description
Experience the vibrant beachfront energy of St Heliers at Moretons, where panoramic views of Rangitoto Island pair perfectly with a warm, neighbourly welcome. It’s a beloved local hub that captures the best of Auckland’s coastal lifestyle.
Moretons is searching for a talented Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. You’ll take charge of your own section, managing prep and service to deliver consistent, high-quality dishes every time. You’ll work closely with the Head and Sous Chefs to keep food costs on target, maintain standards, and help train junior team members. This role suits someone with at least two years’ experience in a similar position and an NCEA Level 4 qualification in cookery. You’ll be confident running a section, managing timing and quality, and working as part of a tight, supportive team. If you’re passionate about great food and ready to take the next step in your career, we’d love to hear from you.
