We are seeking passionate and skilled Chefs to join our dynamic culinary team. This is a fantastic

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in line with menu specifications
• Ensure food is presented to the highest standards
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, following food safety and hygiene regulations
• Assist in menu planning, stock control, and ordering where required
• Work efficiently as part of a team to ensure smooth kitchen operations
• Adhere to all health & safety guidelines and kitchen procedures
• Train and mentor junior kitchen staff (for senior positions)

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar role (level dependent)
• A passion for food, creativity, and attention to detail
• Strong knowledge of food safety and HACCP procedures
• Ability to work under pressure in a busy kitchen
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings

Salary : €36700 per year based on 39 hours per week
