Mō te Tūranga | About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced and skilled chef who can lead by example, deliver exceptional food, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You’ll bring:

3–5 years of proven chef experience

NZQA Level 5 qualification in cookery (or equivalent experience)

Basic food hygiene certification

Ability to work independently and manage an outlet in a senior chef’s absence

Stock management and rotation expertise
