Job Description

Provide operational leadership for the CIVAS & PN service, ensuring safe, effective and efficient service delivery.
Lead, manage and develop the aseptic technical workforce, including recruitment, training, competency assessment and performance management.
Ensure compliance with the Pharmaceutical Quality Management System, QAAPS standards, GMP requirements and national guidance.
Oversee quality assurance activities, audits, investigations, incident management, CAPAs and continuous improvement programmes.
Develop and maintain policies, procedures and SOPs to support regulatory compliance and best practice.
Support strategic projects, service expansion and the delivery of aseptic clinical trials.
Manage staffing resources, operational planning, stock control and supplier contracts to maintain service continuity.
Build collaborative relationships across pharmacy, clinical services and external partners to drive innovation and service improvement.
