Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and organized individual to serve as a Church Administrator for our vibrant congregation. The Church Administrator plays a pivotal role in the efficient operation of our church, overseeing administrative functions and supporting various ministries. Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day administrative operations, ensuring the smooth functioning of the church office.
  • Supervise and support administrative staff and volunteers.
  • Oversee maintenance, repairs, and improvements of church property.
  • Facilitate effective communication within the church community through newsletters, bulletins, and other communication channels.
  • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date database of church members.
  • Assist with membership inquiries and updates.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating church events, conferences, and special services.
  • Provide administrative support to church departments.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among ministry leaders.
  • Ensure compliance with church policies and procedures.
  • Work with church leadership to develop and update policies as needed.
  • Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of church staff and volunteers.
  • Manage personnel records and coordinate volunteer schedules.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of the church’s strategic plans.
  • Provide administrative support for long-term goals and initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in church administration or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in office software and database management.
  • Understanding of church operations, policies, and ministries.
