Managing multiple related projects concurrently, the full-time Client Partner will drive project success, oversee financial performance, and facilitate customer engagements in a virtual environment.

##### Key responsibilities

Coordinate and manage multiple projects for a single customer, ensuring timely completion and client satisfaction

Assess project issues and risks, developing mitigation plans while aligning program scope with strategic business objectives

Lead and mentor team members, project managers, and consultants to achieve program goals and grow business for the customer

##### Required qualifications

Proven experience in project management, preferably in a client-facing role

Strong understanding of financial performance metrics related to project management

Experience in leading teams and managing resources across multiple projects

Ability to work virtually and facilitate meetings effectively across different time zones

Familiarity with AI applications in program management is preferred
