Client Relationship Lead

About the role

Adminis is known for its client care and as a Client Relationship Lead, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our clients receive that standard of care, consistently. You will be a first point of resolution - not just first point of contact - for our clients. The role will require you to build and maintain the product, process and system knowledge to answer majority of enquiries, referring to subject matter experts where genuinely required. You will be responsible for running regular client meetings and ensuring that appropriate actions are recorded and completed. The role is diverse, and a successful candidate will assist with demonstrating new product features to clients as well as providing input into the sales process where appropriate.

Key responsibilities

Act as a champion for our clients within the business.

Act as a point of resolution and contact for any client query, solving customer queries directly as much as possible and being a point of contact for the customer for other teams within Adminis.

Champion customer requests for enhancements with product teams.

Coordinate and run client meetings and take minutes / action items.

Ensure that internal parties are achieving their action items.

Coordinate metrics for all clients in terms of service delivery performance.

Assist with client communication including distributing general client updates.

Document Client Service processes and contribute to process improvements.

Run Client Satisfaction surveys.

Work with the Business Development and Onboarding teams to assist with the onboarding process including initial and ongoing due diligence activities when required.

About you

We're looking for a confident communicator who is curious to learn and resolve problems - not just pass them on to others.

This role is suited to someone with demonstratable understanding of the New Zealand financial services sector and accounting principles and some experience in funds/wealth management industry.

You have a track record of client relationship management.

Demonstrated written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

Good computer literacy, including the ability to quickly learn new software platforms.

Excellent organisational and administration skills, with superior attention to detail.

You enjoy relating to people and building lasting business relationships.

You are resilient, self-motivated and self-directed.

We have around 50 direct clients who manage around 80,000 investors who utilise our services.
