About the role We're looking for a Clinical Nurse Lead to join a busy Surgical Ward on a full-time basis, reporting directly to the Ward Manager. The ward team is made up of about 32 staff in total, with leadership shared across three Clinical Nurse Leads, each overseeing a group of around 10–12 direct reports.
