To support patient scheduling needs, the full-time Colorado Licensed Pre-Registrar will manage incoming calls and fax requests to schedule outpatient tests, complete pre-registration for patients, and ensure valid provider orders are obtained, all while working remotely from Colorado.

##### Key responsibilities

Receive and process phone calls and fax requests for scheduling outpatient tests

Complete pre-registration for scheduled patients, ensuring all necessary information is collected

Verify and obtain valid provider orders for scheduled services

##### Required qualifications

Two years of previous Patient Scheduling or Patient Access experience preferred

Experience in a healthcare environment with knowledge of medical terminology and CPT/ICD-10 codes preferred

Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment

* High School Diploma or GED is required
