Commercial Cleaner

• We are looking for new cleaners to joing our team!
• We have a small friendly team and are searching for a fun, energetic person to join us permanently, Part time or fulltime.
• Responsible for all day to day aspects relating to the management and maintenance of the cleaning services for all Queenstown Luxury Property Management (QLPM) and Partners in Grime (PIG) contracts.
• Cleaning the interior of buildings and the immediate outside areas.
• Sweeping, mopping and polishing floors, vacuuming and shampooing carpets.
• Dusting and polishing furniture, fixtures and fittings.
• Picking up rubbish, emptying garbage containers, and taking contents to waste areas for removal.

Stripping and making beds, and changing bed linen

Maintaining kitchens, washing dishes and cooking utensils, and cleaning appliances, cupboards, counters, pantries and floors Picking up, sorting, washing, drying, ironing if Requires.

Operate and maintain commercial laundry equipment, including washers, dryers, and pressing machines.

Sort, wash, dry, and fold laundry according to customer specifications.

Inspect linens and garments for stains or damages, and take appropriate action.

Ensure proper handling and storage of chemicals and cleaning supplies.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry area.

Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.

Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients and team members.

Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment as necessary.

Have full working knowledge of the homes under QLPM & PIG. Including individual amenities and linen requirements

Responsible for work allocation to the cleaning team, keeping within the specified detail of the times allowed for each home to a high standard at all times.

Ensure a high standard of personal hygiene and appearance and general cleanliness to comply with statutory and company regulations, wearing company uniform as specified.

Control and issue cleaning material ensuring stock rotation and safety in storage

Be aware of the condition of the equipment to ensure that all equipment is in safe working order, checked regularly and serviced. Report any faults to Director.

Comply with all Company & Client policies and statutory regulations relating to Health & Safety, safe working practices hygiene, cleanliness, fire and OSHH. This will include your awareness of any specific hazards in your work place. Follow client/company guidelines with regards to the identification and re- porting of health and safety hazards e.g., blocked/locked fire doors.
